    We map a day in the field: what drivers or crews do on each job, what the office needs back, and where the signal drops.

  2. Scope

    Which screens each role gets, what’s captured on each job, and the fixed price, in writing.

  3. Build

    Weekly test builds on real phones, tried by the people who’ll carry them.

  4. Go live

    Installed on your team’s phones, with crews trained on a real job.

Questions

Questions worth asking.

  • Is GPS on all the time?

    No. It records only during active trips, and only after the staff member agrees.

  • What if someone leaves, or loses their phone?

    Their access is switched off from the office, and everything they recorded stays with the job.

  • Can you work with what we already use?

    Usually, yes. We connect to your existing tools wherever they allow it, and import your spreadsheets.

  • What else will I pay for?

    Hosting, WhatsApp messages, and AI usage are billed by those providers to your own account. The quote lists each one.

  • What if I need changes later?

    Ask. Changes are quoted the same way, in writing, before any work.
